Role Operations Salary Competitive plus benefits Type Fixed Term Contract - Full Time Location Swanley Downloadable Job Files Job Description Job title: Site Manager Location: Newcross, London About the role Here at United Living our refurbishment team is growing and expanding, as such we are recruiting for an experienced refurbishment Site Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects. You will be managing both internal and external works on 3 high rise tower blocks, previous knowledge would be advantageous. Our teams work very closely here at United Living so you will need to have excellent collaboration, as well as working with our subcontractors and supply chain partners. About you To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate past experience of working as a site manager on a complex residential refurbishment project as well as the following; Relevant construction related level 4 and above qualification (HNC / NVQ) Appropriate CSCS card Valid driving license SMSTS certificate Why join us? In South London we are working with Moat to deliver a £35 million regeneration and development scheme which will see the refurbishment of more than 400 homes and the building of 112 more. In Hull we are working with Pickering and Ferens Homes to build extra care homes for the older generation and in the Midlands we are building 139 homes for rent in the centre of Milton Keynes.
