Job Responsibilities: Handle consumer loan application Handle customer enquiries and deliver quality customer services Follow up and handle customers loan repayment Cross-sell loan products to customers Perform administrative duties (include filing, scanning and data input) Job Requirements: F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE or above Strong customer services orientation Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills With initiative, pleasant and willing to learn Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English On-the-job training will be provided Candidates with more than 3 years related experience will be considered for the post of Associate Specialist, Loan Services We offer attractive remuneration package which includes double pay and discretionary bonus.
