Job Summary As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will bring our senior personnel and customers to a point where they can realize the value of the products that they have purchased. By deploying, ope-rationalizing and performing value-added activities, you will bridge the gap between our customer’s needs and our product's robust capabilities. Additionally, as an Implementation Engineer, you will work with our Implementation team and customers to resolve technical issues and provide training sessions regarding our software. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities Gather and analyze information about a customer’s environment, guided by our senior team members. Manage, track, and report on the progress of your engagements Solve customers’ product related problems on clients’ systems remotely and onsite. Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues. Conduct remote sessions to assist customers with the troubleshooting and configuration of their internal technical environment. Be responsible for communicating/explaining technical issues with well-versed technical individuals. Document problem solutions in the company knowledge base. Impress our customers with your empathy, responsiveness, technical ability and attention to detail. Key Skills relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle, Excellent analytical skills, Ability to diagnose problems quickly and independently, Ability to review technical documentation, specifications, and architecture, Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence cross functional teams Required Experience and Qualifications Freshers with PG or MCA background Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Required travel: 50% (Preferred) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Other Selection rounds: Technical Interview HR Interview Industry: IT Operations & Helpdesk
