The Role – Permanent Leadership and Management Trainer We are currently looking to hire a trainer with an in-depth experience delivering Leadership and Management effective learning programmes. This role is predominantly home based, delivering training at customer sites across the UK. Our head office is based in Hertfordshire and you will be required to attend developmental sessions and team meetings on a monthly basis. Working as a Trainer at UTS you will be required to: Deliver high quality training subjects to Leaders and Managers (ideally within Health, Housing or Social Care settings) Demonstrate good working experience and sound knowledge of Leadership and Management Ensure all delivery is in accordance with current legislation, best practice and within UTS policy Ensure all training is compliant with CQC, CSSIW and for the local authority in which the company resides in Provide guidance and support to all learners Deliver within an agreed timescale that meets a customer and learners needs Communicate content with enthusiasm, articulation and confidence We would like you to: Be excited and driven to deliver exceptional programmes and customer service. We want you to really be motivated by motivating and influencing positive change in others Have previously delivered within the Health, Housing and Social care sector, with a great emphasis and proven experience in Leadership and Management Be passionate about our sector and want to share your knowledge and experience through delivery of subjects, maintaining a high skill level in training and supporting our learners and clients to achieve exceptional results Want to raise the bar and continuously champion excellent training within Health, Housing and Social Care Ideally a teaching or training certification, however this is not essential Ideally hold a professional qualification related to Leadership and Management We do need you to: Have a clean drivers licence and own your own transport Be happy and flexible with travel.
