Roles & Responsibilities Summary Responsible for the automation unit, the programming of internal process and prepare programming for production Primary Responsibilities Develop new programming process making use of robotics or automation Implement robotics process, liaise with production unit to ensure full understanding of future robotics process Generate relevant programmes and selection of appropriate tools to ensure smooth manufacturing of products Analyse and Monitor production output and machining issues and conduct test runs to ensure efficiency in machining process Provide relevant inputs for manufacturing process Plan, design and install relevant programmes to support production operations Monitor and control any changes that is made to the existing programmes Knowledge and Skill Requirements Understanding of production procedure and tools required, Engineering Field preferred Working knowledge of programming softwares, example Solidcam, Mastercam Unigraphic will be an advantage Min Diploma in Engineering Field or related Leadership skills and experience
