We are currently looking for our: HEAD OF MARKETING What we offer In this role, your main missions are: You are responsible for managing the marketing strategy and budget of shopping centres in Poland You ensure effective PR and marketing activities, and events; You coordinate the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for Poland; You effectively collaborate with all relevant stakeholders on the level of a shopping centre as well as at the HQ level; You are an effective leader of the whole marketing team, including motivating, coaching, development, onboarding as need be, all in a positive, constructive and pro-active manner; You review and interpret competitor activities and behaviour for trends and potential ideas/application What we are looking for University degree, preferably in marketing About 5-10 years of experience in a process-driven team leadership role within a marketing context: ideally in Retail, RE Advisory Company Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to perform tasks in a project mode, with the entrepreneurial spirit Good leadership and ownership skills Business and process orientation, comfortable with the corporate level of guidelines and formalized procedures & reporting Problem-solving ability, creativity, and openness to new solutions Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must in addition to native Polish What is important to us What is important to us is to welcome personalities that are committed team players, full of positive energy and ready to grow within an international company.
