Services is looking to hire a service desk analyst that will provide on-site and remote support for our systems, networks, cloud platforms and clients while developing a set of processes alongside our Service Desk Manager to support our growing client base and scale up in an efficient manner. This position's salary is subject to increase as the company develops. About Us: Umbrella I.T. Services is a rapidly expanding managed service provider that has been in business for 7 years. We provide our clients with on-demand and pro-active I.T. solutions designed to help them leverage technology to meet their goals. Description of duties: Understand our operational structure and offered services Document daily activity and updates to assets in our ticketing system Develop guidelines and procedures for staff and client reference Provide on-site technical support to clients with a friendly, patient attitude Provide remote technical support to clients with our service desk manager Install, configure and maintain laptops, workstations and servers with our system architect Install, configure and maintain networking equipment with our network architect Maintain cloud service platforms such as RMM platform, Office 365, G Suite and others Develop innovative I.T. solutions to meet clients needs with our CEO and department leads Skills and requirements: Valid drivers license (MANDATORY) Full-time availability Experience with the following technology: o Cloud Services G Suite Office 365 o Software Windows 10 Mac OS 10.6.8+ o Servers Windows Server 2012, 2016 o Networking Cisco Ubiquiti Personal attributes Problem solver: Able to think critically and resolve issues independently Articulate: Able to communicate complex technical ideas in layman’s terms to clients and staff Detail oriented: High in conscientiousness and takes pride in one’s work Team Player: Enthusiastic, professional and positive attitude Looking for a flexible place to work that encourages a growth mindset Benefits: Extended health care Dental care Life insurance Vision care Application process: If you are interested in applying for this position please let us know why you think you’d be a great fit for our team!
