ABOUT THE ROLE As an integral part of our Risk Operations Team, you will support us to establish smart processes to pre-empt fraud and minimize defaults. You will help analysis client’s creditworthiness and subsequently verify and approve invoices that our customers submit for financing. You will have a pivotal role at the interface of both our sales teams and the operations teams. At the same time, you will have ample opportunity to be in direct contact with our customers. You will also help drive the improvement and automation of these tasks - as we are hitting the next S-curve to scale fast you will early on shape crucial operation processes and have a massive impact on the success of our company. You will enjoy independence and ownership while at the same time working closely with an experienced leadership team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You hold a university degree in business administration or similar degree You have 2+ years of working experience and understand how process optimization and automation projects drive impact in a fast growing tech environment. You have a track record of hands-on operations work but can also think and work along with a strategic vision You enjoy to think beyond the status quo and to kickstart improvement initiatives.
