The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake urban renewal in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a holistic approach to urban renewal with redevelopment and rehabilitation as its core businesses. Responsibilities: To respond to enquiries, requests and complaints received through telephone or over enquiry counters on building rehabilitation schemes To provide general advice and assistance to individual applicants in making loan/grant applications To provide administrative support to the rehabilitation project teams To provide technical and administrative support to facilitate smooth and satisfactory implementation of rehabilitation projects/programs/schemes Requirements: Diploma / Higher Certificate holder Minimum 3 years’ work experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints or relevant customer servicing works, preferably with relevant public bodies or large corporations For more information on the work of the URA, please visit the website at http://www.ura.org.hk.
