Event Manager UMS is looking for an Events Manager who can take care of its in-house and client events. The candidate must have prior experience with an event management company in a similar position. The person will be responsible for business development for event management assignments; organising and conducting various events, delivering targets, making client pitch presentations, strategising for events, forge strong client relationships, innovate opportunities to meet client expectations. He/she should be a seasoned professional in all aspects of Event Management with at least 5 years of experience, excellent presentation skills. The Event Manager will have the following scope of work Generating Sales for turnkey event management assignments. Selling sponsorships for in-house events. Creating attractive presentations for client pitches with unique and compelling concepts. Should have sound technical skills to manage the console, event flow, presentation slides and an understanding of light & sound during an event. Good understanding of event collaterals, fabrication, décor, entertainment and overall event set-up Experience in vendor sourcing and negotiations Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to execution. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations. Managing operational and administrative functions Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery. The remuneration will be at par with industry standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Event Management: 5 years (Preferred)
