Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services and plan weekly duty roster as well as manage the deployment of staff in accordance to company's guidelines, procedures and policies Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery. To escalate to Supervisor when need arises Investigate causes of discrepancies and complaints and to take corrective actions Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately Conduct On-The-Job (OJT) and refresher training programs To perform temperature taking and other date collection during heightened DORSCON alert level or when required by the Company To operate and manage work areas required as per the role of a Patient Service Associate in the event of a shortage of staff Job Requirements GCE 'O', 'A', Diploma or higher with customer service and Team Leader experience Staggered shifts (between 6.30am to 9pm) including weekends & PH Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong in people management and conflicts resolution Knowledge in continuous improvement and experience in SOP/ work instructions Exposure in healthcare will be an added advantage Proficiency in English for both written and spoken Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office 5.5 or 6 days work week Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500.00 to $1,600.00 /month Experience: Team Leader: 1 year (Preferred)
