About the role Due to unprecedented growth, a unique opportunity exists for a well-presented, enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Sales Executive to join the Tynan Motors dealership located in Sutherland. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with the Kia brand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and promoting this brand. Responsibilities' include, but not limited to: Developing and Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Brands All aspects of the Vehicle Sales Process Delivering exceptional customer service Achieving individual sales KPI's Understanding customer objectives, buying needs and decision making process Developing your skillset into one of our star Sales Executives Developing and Maintaining a Customer Data Base Ensuring your product knowledge is up to date and you are able to sell the benefits and features of each model Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting out clients to find the right vehicle About you Passionate about the automotive industry Have a true passion for selling motor vehicles Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Highly organised An Eye for Detail Motivated and Process Driven Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to create a positive working environment Immaculately presented NSW Driver's license Availability to work on Saturdays & Sundays - 11 day roster Job benefits and perks Ongoing product training Opportunity to work with a large Family run dealership A supportive and dynamic team environment A structured Trainee program to acquire all the skill sets of a Sales Executive and upon successful completion an excellent commission structure and car allowance Job Type: Full-time Licence: Drivers Licence (Required) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
