Food and Beverage Assistant In the region of £17,000 plus service charge (approx. £2,500* per annum) & annual bonus Live in Available The Food and Beverage Assistant role: Come and join our warm and welcoming lounge and bar team. You will have responsibility for preparation of the Lounge and Bar prior to services which include morning coffee, light lunches, afternoon tea, and after dinner drinks the job role will include to include polishing of glasses, crockery & cutlery; setting tables and clearing areas. You will ensure that our Lounge and Bar areas consistently operate to a high standard and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for our guests. Always ensuring that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. The Food and Beverage Assistant key skills: Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people. Have excellent customer care and communication skills The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
