In this law firm on Auckland’s city fringe, this role will see you working with one other legal executive as well as assisting the Principal and solicitors with their conveyancing files, subdivisions, estates and wills. In your role you will need to have the ability to run a conveyancing file from start to finish, confidence to regularly meet with clients and excellent time management skills. The perfect fit for this role will have: Minimum of 5 years experience working in a property team; Thorough working knowledge of Landonline and Webforms; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and general computer skills.
