We are a small, but growing, residential building company based in Mitchell (ACT) that is looking for someone that can contribute 20 hours per week. The Proposal Coordinator Position exists to assist customers during the design process, and as a paramount ensure that customers’ needs, and objectives are the focus of the design team. Your tasks will include managing the flow of project information between the team, yourself and customers through regular meetings, written communications, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and your colleagues. The role will require an interest in quantity surveying, construction management or architecture. Students at University are encouraged to apply. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications You will be proactive in making phone calls and will be an active listener with a developed skill of asking probing questions. Attention to micro detail Excel spreadsheet skills Manage time and workload If you are a student you will need to juggle uni, social and work built around a 20 -hour week this may be an ideal position.
