Turner Industries Group is looking for a self-motivated team player to assist in supporting the Finance areas of our business in the role of a Business Systems Analyst - Finance. This position is in the Information Technology Department and will maintain the current systems as well as generate innovative solutions for future business problems. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills Provide daily support as needed to the Finance department, specifically Accounts Receivable, Billing, Financial Reporting, etc., with their daily operations as well as new project initiatives Learn and understand designated areas' daily processes in our ERP System, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, as well as associated third party software Learning and utilizing our Reporting Tool: ReportsNow(DAS) to familiarize with file structure and presenting solutions to Finance areas to improve business processes Familiarizing and cross training on all Finance areas which primarily includes: Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Procurement, and Financial Reporting (GL) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the field of Accounting, Finance, Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) Candidate must have the ability to manage large workloads and meet set deadlines. Candidate must be organized detailed oriented and self sufficient in record keeping, and conduct his/her self in a professional manner. Candidate must be able to work on projects as a team.
