Does working flexibly suit your lifestyle? We are currently looking to recruit for 2 positions to cover 1.5 FTE service covering the CCDHB region. Tū Ora Compass Health is a not-for-profit organisation working in the Primary Healthcare environment. Working closely with our Long-Term Conditions team, the primary focus of this role is to provide clinical dietetic support to Maori, Pacific, refugees and people in low decile areas who have Diabetes cardiovascular disease and other long -term conditions. This is done through consultations at clinics, in homes and in group sessions where you will discuss nutrition plans and/or options and provide follow up support. To be successful in this role, you will be a registered dietitian with a current practicing certificate. You will need: Minimum of 1 years' experience as a qualified Dietitian. Cultural intelligence and competence regarding food and nutritional needs across diverse communities. An understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and its implications in the New Zealand Health Sector. A proven record of working in a multidisciplinary team. Clean driver licence.
