Business Operations at TrueLayer London, UK TrueLayer’s Business Operations team is the backbone of our operations function. Business Operations enables the business as a whole to scale efficiently. They do this by empowering teams to leverage optimum tools, business intelligence and best practices. We’re looking for ambitious individuals who see the big picture of where financial technology is headed. We want our Business Operations team to be passionate about solving problems with exceptionally high analytical quality, as we continue in our journey to push financial technology forward. Who we are: At TrueLayer, we build universal APIs that allow companies to access the financial data of their customers and facilitate direct bank payments, securely, reliably and efficiently. Headquartered in London, we’re a small team of talented, creative problem-solvers who are working hard to build the most innovative financial technology possible. To date, we’ve raised $47M from investors like Tencent, Temasek, Northzone, Anthemis, and Connect Ventures. Our long term vision is to power the next era of financial innovation, and our short term mission is to grow the Open Banking economy. And, we’re just getting started. Responsibilities As a member of our Business Operations Team, you will: Work with the leadership team to execute strategic goals and initiatives; Work with teams across the business, including Growth and Product, to prioritise and facilitate our ambitious growth and development goals; Help us enter new markets by building marketing channels, developing relationships, and executing the day-to-day tasks of building our business across borders; Design and implement scalable operational processes to help TrueLayer as it expands in headcount, products and geographic coverage; Provide deep analytic support and business context to identify and drive critical growth initiatives; Work on a variety of challenging projects - from helping us evaluate a local route to market to helping us shape our company communication architecture. Requirements What we expect from you: Think big, but be able to execute on a granular level; Have an ability to work and think independently, but strategically; Enjoy research and be able to analyse data critically; Communicate effectively and be deft at presenting those ideas and processes in a simple manner; Enjoy working with a range of teams and people; Get your hands dirty and be able to execute and implement our strategies and operations; Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Nice to haves: Experience in financial services or consulting; Experience in a technology company, in a fast paced sector, with a rapidly growing company; MBA or similar degree.
