YOUR ROLE We aren’t here to tell you how to operate your business, we want to complement it! You probably already have realtor, builder and professional relationships and know how to cultivate business. We want to come alongside you and help you grow your business. THE TRUE NORTH ADVANTAGE 1. Higher Compensation a. Salary – yes you read that right, unlike other brokers or bank specialists, True North Mortgage will pay you a salary and commission. b. Higher compensation and Volume Bonus - You get a piece of all the revenue including volume bonus. And you get it all at once, unlike our competitors. c. In-House financing – this is where we really shine! THINK Financial, our own lender, has the lowest rates in the country which will allow you to compete in the most competitive market. You will be paired up with a True North retail store who will handle the paperwork and client communication so there’s less administrative hassle for you. You can concentrate on what you do best, selling and making relationships. b. We will do your payroll and handle all the admin stuff. c. We will add you to our website and you will have your own personalized True North Mortgage landing page. 3. Training a. Training! We have a great training program: Boot Camp. You will fly to Calgary and train at our head office at our cost. You will meet the True North team and the team at THINK Financial. You will be fully prepared to take on the world! b. Once Boot Camp is complete, you will have access to our retail stores, where you will have a place to sign with your clients or have help from our retail store staff. c. You’ll be eligible for seminars and training from our various lenders so you can stay on top of the lending landscape. d. Team events! We want you to be fully integrated into the True North team. We will hold regular team events so you can create new relationships and let loose and have a good time! Work hard, play hard! REQUIREMENTS Some track record of sales as a broker or mobile mortgage specialist or banker Ability to create and develop customer relationships Determined and driven to succeed Knowledge of mortgage lending and financial products Presentation and organization skills
