Tribe Wellness Co are seeking applications from Fitness Managers looking to manage our Jolimont gym and lead their team in a way that enhances culture, drives member experience and delivers business outcomes that are in line with Tribe Wellness Co’s vision and values. The successful candidate must have the following certificates - CPR, First Aid and a minimum Certificate 4 in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness. The successful candidate will also have: * Strong industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Fitness Manager. * Own a car with an open license * Sales and marketing experience with a proven track record in growing and driving sales * Live locally to the club (Jolimont) Tertiary qualifications in health, sports or coaching will be preferred. Experience in body building and competition preparations are also advantageous. Tasks This position is a hands on leadership role, with varied daily tasks ranging from: * Communicating with the executive team on business strategy * Strategic marketing to drive membership growth * Coaching team members and clients * Supporting team members on site * Ensuring day to day operational tasks are meet (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc) * Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach * Club administration (including reporting) * Assisting with social media strategy for the club Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Providing a high level of management and leadership to the Jolimont club and it’s team members. * Achieving consistent results with member and business outcomes in line with business objectives. * Developing and maintaining gym compliance, standards and culture. * Developing and maintaining skills and management systems throughout the business. * Working closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategy. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Salary: $55,000.00 /year Work Eligibility: No work eligibility is required, I am willing to sponsor the right candidate (e.g. visa) (Preferred)
