Premier Service Host (Holyhead) Location: Holyhead Salary: £10.42 per hour Apply by: 23/03/2020 Introduction An amazing opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) on our famous 1st class Gerald Service as a Premier Host to work independently and as part of a team to deliver an exceptionally high standard of at seat and buffet counter food to business class passengers. Role responsibilities You’ll be providing a waiter/waitress service to the first-class passengers offering professionally and courteously service to passengers that travel on TfW. To ensure that an exceptionally high level of quality customer service and care is given and maintained on a day to day basis. You'll need to be presentable, professional and on-brand with TfW by wearing the correct uniform at all time to maintain personal hygiene and immaculate presentation. You'll also be responsible for offering our customers a wide range of available products by accurately accounting for all stock, reporting any defects and working with the trolley when needed to provide a consistent service offering. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for an experienced customer service professional who can use their skills of providing an outstanding service to help us maintain the Gerald Service's high esteem and reputation. You’ll need to have: o Demonstrable experience of providing high quality face to face customer service. o Excellent customer organisational skills. o Previous experience of handing cash and sales transactions. o Flexible and available to work the shifts required. It would be beneficial if you also had: o Previous experience working in a catering environment. o Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. o Knowledge of COSHH assessments.
