Manage General mailroom administration, checking of Invoices, tracking, sorting, franking, recording of incoming / outgoing internal / external mails, postal mails, postages for local and overseas courier mails, Perform internal distribution clearing and customer service enquiries with regularly review of updated Standard Operating Procedure manuals of mailrooms under his/her charge. Proficiency towards documentation reviewed and implementation of work procedures. To assist the Operations Manager to oversee and manage multi-tasking towards the day-to-day operations of the mailrooms assigned to him/her with the ability to guide, train, motivate and develop mailroom staff under his/her charge and to facilitate cross-training of staff members from different mailrooms. To conduct inspection visits (internal audits) to mailrooms under his/her charge, at least once a month, so as to ensure that the mailrooms are operating efficiently and effectively, meeting the agreed service levels expectation from clients and to build a strong rapport relationship and resolve customers’ feedback and complaints promptly. Manage staff matters for the mailrooms under his/her charge; eg. staff deployment, counseling, performance and furnish daily Manpower Report to Operations Manager & Mailroom Reports to customer as per requirements. Requirements: O level/ Diploma and above or equivalent Minimum of 2 to 3 year experience with driving licenses would be an added advantage Excel in documentation administration with the Computer Literate Enthusiastic, ambitious, service oriented, responsible and ability to multi task Candidate must be able to start work within short notice or immediately Singaporeans Only due to high security clearance required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 to $2,700.00 /month Experience: Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred) Mailroom: 2 years (Preferred) Education: GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Required) License: Class 3 (Preferred)
