Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary This role is responsible for providing effective IT end user support services. Responsibilities Provides helpdesk service to staffs, carry out inspection and recovery action Works with the other IT technical staffs and/or vendors to deploy, monitor and maintains the IT infrastructure system, and network equipment to provide a secure and reliable operations environment for the company Provides support on video conferencing and mobile email devices Conducts hardware/software or computer systems testing, evaluation and documentation preparation Performs troubleshooting on IT problems and assist in IT projects Responsible for logging and administrative reporting Ensure efficient onboarding and off-boarding of employees on a timely basis and close follow-up. For the new joiners, the access to the various IT systems and folders is properly set up and followed up. Works with InfoSec Team to enhance information security awareness and perform risk assessment. Works with external third parties including vendors to meet the service level Works with other AEGON IT organizations to provide the IT first tier or more advanced support service. Maintain an updated IT SOPs. Provide assistance to other business functions on IT related matters. Any other tasks or projects as assigned by management Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science and related discipline Holder of MCITP and ITIL Foundation is preferable At least 3 years relevant experience in providing IT support service Expertise on data networking, VPN and data communication protocol Knowledge of PC applications under Windows and MS Office Sense of Information Security Experience with Microsoft and Cisco network products and supports High degree of interpersonal and communication skills Pro-active and positive attitude Have good organization skill and be meticulous paying attention to details. Able to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate/Embed Aegon Leadership Commitments.
