Be a self-starter – there’s no shortage of work to be done, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait around to be told what to do Have strong computer skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google, etc. Be friendly and work well in a team environment Have the ability & willingness to take on multiple different tasks at a time Have attention to detail Have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly Have the ability to prioritize and balance a variety of projects simultaneously in a timely manner Must have basic Quickbooks knowledge Required Skills Data Entry- enter & maintain up to date data related to daily workload Communication Skills- strong written & oral communication is vital Troubleshooting- must be a team player who can regularly troubleshoot to solve a wide variety of problems such as invoicing issues, answering questions & quickly responding to customer and driver complaints Customer Service- interact daily with customers & drivers while handling requests, complaints & frustrations from each with excellence and professionalism.
