$20.00 - $22.00 | Weekly Pay 4 Month Fixed Term Role - Potential for this to extend for the right candidate Immediate Start City Centre Location Trade Assist are currently looking for a Handover/Quality Coordinator for a fixed term role, working with one of the biggest construction companies in NZ. You would be working within an experienced existing team - This role would suit someone from a quality control / audit background or a recent graduate. About the Role To assist in the monitoring and management of defects, closeouts, reports and sample Manage and maintain internal and external audits Oversee OmTrak defect list and general issues Manage and collate defecting progress Oversee sample sign-off process Working with the closeout of site reports In addition you will also be required to: Attend and take minutes for design team meetings Attend various design workshops Liaise with the design team regarding samples To be successful for this role you will need: Previous experience in a quality control / audit position Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills Be a self-starter Ability to work independently and problem solve Be able to build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients If this position interests you please submit your CV and cover letter or alternative call Jenny.
