About the Role We are seeking an experienced Administrator to increase the level of support to our customers by providing solutions through Short Term Rental (STR) products that Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) handle. The incumbent must handle rental requests, either internally or externally, accurately and efficiently to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the transport of material handling equipment for the respective branch ensuring commercial obligations and customer’s expectations are met in a financially responsible manner. Ensure the Hire Units are rented and contracted as required with ERP system (M3) process and procedures. Create and invoice rental and sub-rental contacts on timely basis. Manage forklift registrations and rental agreements. Ensure details of all customer contacts are added accurately and updated as required. Prepare and send relevant forms to Finance for updating of M3 customer Master Files. Provide monthly sales and hiring reports to Branch Manager & Branch Sales Manager, & Head Office. Take sales and rental enquiries as required and recorded. Ensure details of all customer contacts are added and updated as required. Prepare and send relevant forms to Finance for updating of M3 customer Master Files. Source sub-hire equipment profitably, either locally or interstate and provide enter details into M3 and third part supplier purchase orders. Carry out weekly stock take of all units located, to ensure accuracy of rental units ready for hire. Ensure M3 data is consistent with actual stock NIO counts. Manage meter reading book ins of all de hired rental units daily. To carry out other duties as reasonably requested. Skills and experience: Strong customer service experience with a positive mindset. Sound organisational and administration skills. Excellent telephone manner. Someone willing to learn. Systems experience including ERP.
