Right now, they are looking for Data Platform Architect for the development of customer’s cloud data platform solutions and technically lead customer deliveries. Your task with us is SW architectural and development related, including design and development of cloud-based data platform, customer data pipelines and advanced analytics solutions. Your responsibilities include architectural lead role for selected development activities and customer deliveries. Requirements Must have skills (you don't have to be experienced with all the technologies): Experience in working with cloud environments, preferably Azure and AWS Understanding of Public, Private, & Hybrid Cloud Strategies Experience and working knowledge of Virtualization, Networking, Data Center, and Security Experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM, etc. Experience with container-related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and Istio CI/CD experience including use of Git, Jenkins and Azure DevOps or other similar CI/CD tools and platforms Experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Processing, RDBMS, NoSQL, SQL Knowledge of Lambda Architecture Knowledge of the major big data solutions like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Databricks, Spark and Kafka is a plus SW design and development experience and skills related to data-centric solutions handling large amounts of data Several years of experience in working in key technical roles in complex product development and/or other SW development projects Good communication skills and ability to work independently with the customer representatives Good to have skills: Finnish language Perks and benefits This job comes with several perks and benefits Flexible working hours Time is precious.
