NSW Government Department - Parramatta location ASAP start - 12 month initial contract rate: $52 - $57 per hour + super Data Analyst – Monitoring & Evaluation – NSW Government A Data Analyst (Non-IT) is required by a NSW Government Department in Parramatta on a 12-month contract to undertake statistical analysis of a program to better understand its impact across the department. Key accountabilities Design efficient, quality data capture and collection processes utilising tech tools and techniques Establish, manage and maintain data, evidence sets and artefacts Support the delivery of sound and evidence-based recommendations through the application of advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Develop and promptly report on insights gained from the analysis and synthesis of evidence to inform the project/s of their impact in support of the program’s innovation processes Meet all reporting deadlines Selection criteria: Relevant tertiary qualifications Strong data analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative data) Ability to manage complex collaborations and engagements with diverse stakeholders Proven experience achieving project deadlines and milestones to a high standard Ability to balance competing demands and priorities within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools If you have the relevant experience, apply now with your most recent CV (in Word format) Please note: this is NOT an IT focused role.
