The Torus Talent Development Team is part of the wider Organisational Development Team. The Talent Development Team is responsible for ensuring that we develop our people in a way that ensures Torus as a group is able to deliver its commitments to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team who enjoys working with data and people This is an important role in which you will: Work Closely with operational and corporate teams to identify the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to enable delivery of business goals. Work with a high volume of data, which will result in robust learning plans being in place for teams. Be involved in a wide range of Talent Development related activities that will contribute to the success of the Torus Group. To be successful in this role you will: Be able to cope with change and ambiguity. Work in a consultative way that enables performance through learning activity. Be organised, planned and able to prioritise well. Demonstrate high levels of resilience and the ability to stay focused through a busy time. Be able to be flexible about location and able to work without direct supervision for much of the time. Be able to build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders to enable collaboration on learning activities that drive business outcomes. Be able to work accurately and at speed to produce outcomes.
