Job Purpose TSoM is currently seeking a dedicated and analytic Project Manager with strong organizational skills. The role holder will have a high level of analytical problem identification, resolution design with a logical operational approach to segment stages for improvement. As Project Manager, you will work on multiple projects, running complex education projects or programs. Responsibilities and Duties Generate project management plans and proposals. Manage all short term and long-term strategies and ensure consistency in same. Consult management on new initiatives and advise on appropriate steps for implementation. Generating reports as required including tracking/monitoring projects and giving statistical data for use in decision making. Managing multi-stakeholder project management. Propose agile project management solutions for process and system developments. Identify gaps in current processes and develop suggestions for improvement. Generate process implementation plans and timelines for projects to be released. Consistently evaluate the performance of systems usage of the staff and build a strategy to increase the usage. Develops and implements operating policies and procedures, communicating information via emails or in-person about College policies, procedures and processes and their implications in a clear and timely manner. Responsible for providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support services that underpin the functioning of the campus including providing support to the Director of Operations and Compliance, Student Services and Admission team. Creating training program for staff on new projects and programs launched. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Compliance. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management Minimum 2 years of related experience within a fast-paced student-centered environment, preferably private career college environment is an asset Bilingual in French is an asset. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills including ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual Strong presentation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Education Industry: 2 years (Preferred) Project Management: 2 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Location: Toronto, ON (Required) Language: fluent French (Preferred)
