Top Energy has operations throughout the Far North. The Company is privately owned by a power consumer trust and employs staff in Geothermal Generation and Distribution Lines operations. We are seeking to employ an IT Helpdesk Administrator to administer the IT Helpdesk and perform routine operational tasks. This position reports to the Systems Administration Team Leader and is based in Kerikeri. Key areas of focus will be: Administer the day to day operation of the IT Helpdesk Administer all IT fixed assets and IT software licensing, including installing patches and updates as required Maintaining good relations with internal and external customers Auditing and maintaining data backups, auditing internet and email use Assisting in the training and development of staff Maintain and document IT procedures and drawings, and create As Built drawings as required To succeed in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in the IT field. It is essential that you have a high level of computer ability in Microsoft Office and can demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills. It is preferable that you have solid administration experience. A full and current NZ Driver Licence is required.
