Ensure daily warehouse operations activities are carried out timely. Handle goods according to SOPs and customers’ requirements. Ensure operational documents are filled up neatly, accurately and returned to the Customer Service department if necessary. Perform and file warehouse duty records (e.g. housekeeping, temperature monitoring, maintenance). Handle and use warehouse equipment with care at all times. Inform Operations Supervisor on inventory, equipment and quality issues. Adhere to warehouse safety and security measures at all times. Carry out other warehouse duties as assigned by the Manager/Operations Supervisor. Whilst handling Material Handling Equipment such as Forklift, you shall: Inspect the condition of the Material Handling Equipment before using it. Report any defects to the Operations Supervisor. Check the Material Handling Equipment condition at the end of the day and top-up battery water if required. Ensure Material Handling Equipment are clean. Ensure Material Handling Equipment are park at the designated area when not in use. Ensure that the key is not left on the ignition switch when not in use or left unattended. Charge Material Handling Equipment, lock it and return to the Operations Supervisor before leaving for the day. Job Requirement: At least 1 - 2 years working experience in warehouse / logistics Must have Forklift License Able to read and write simple English Only Singaporean Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,500.00 to $1,800.00 /month Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Preferred) License: Forklift License (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
