Our marketing team plays a huge role in accomplishing this mission. The Online Marketing Professional: SEO, Social, PR, PPC will prove important to furthering and leading these efforts. Experience: Areas of advanced-level competence should include (but do not need to include all): Search engine optimization (link building, on and off page SEO) Content syndication (including Google News) Public relations (online & first tier publications) Social media marketing (record of building audiences in excess of 20,000) Advanced level email marketing Advanced level local SEO Advanced level proficiency in PPC advertising Skills: Project Management: Ability to organize and coordinate work within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements in a timely manner. Multi-tasking: Ability to monitor important and complex projects concurrently. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, to include writing and preparing emails, letters, order updates/correspondence within our computer systems, and other official correspondence. Computer Competency: Advanced training in local SEO, content syndication and engine optimization. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position with hours worked being 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is based out of our Fredericksburg, VA Corporate Headquarters. Benefits: Competitive compensation package based on experience and performance, between $60,000 and $175,000 starting.
