Briefing the guest on visa documents 3. Coordinating with customer for pendency on submitted documents 4. Assisting them in VFS related tasks 5. Briefing our guests on cost sheets 6. Coordinating with field staff and guest for payment collection 7. Handing over documents for guest travel 8.
