Client Services Representative - Financial Markets ThinkMarkets, a global FX& CFD trading company is looking for a motivated and driven Client Services Representative to join the Australian client support team based in our Melbourne office. To be successful you must have the following: Have at least 6 months but preferably 1 year of professional experience in financial services or client services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be self-motivated to work within a team environment. Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues. Be well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Capability to take ownership of tasks/projects are necessary. Capacity to work in an international team working with tight deadlines. Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements. Eager to learn, progress & work hard. Interest in financial markets. Must have an open availability to work either late evening or early morning as required by the company. In this role, you will be: - Providing a high quality client support. Contacting clients both at a retail and institutional level. Responding to inquiries from clients via email, live chat and phone. Investigate trade queries. Liaising with multiple internal departments. Expected to work various shifts. Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by management team.
