ABOUT THERAPY AND BEYOND At Therapy and Beyond, we combine ABA, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy for individuals with autism and other developmental differences to maximize treatment effectiveness, gain functional communication skills, and increase independence for each individual. JOB SUMMARY Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program Creating and revising job descriptions Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget, evaluation program, policies, and procedures Performing benefits administration Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of progressive career experience as an HR Manager Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human resources HR Certification Institute - Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook; Excel/Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFORT Prolonged sitting and some standing required. Requires working under stressful conditions to meet deadlines and staff and patient needs. Requires problem-solving skills.
