Responsibilities and Duties Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices  Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better QA solutions at an organizational level  Create and maintain QA documentation  Manage outside contract testers as & when required  Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per client requirements  Log, track, and close defects throughout the software development process  Develop expert knowledge of existing internal System, library of content, components and interfaces, and recommend ways to improve and maintain them Key Skills Good understanding of test methodologies (performance, load, stress, scale, functional, unit, code coverage, static analysis, etc.) and tools to perform them  Strong communication and people skills are necessary as is the ability to work independently  understanding of the role of QA in the development process  Good to have knowledge in developing automated software test using tools like Selenium for testing web-based applications  Good to have knowledge of C#, Java,. net and/or other programming languages.  Ability to organize and capture functional complexity in a comprehensive test plan  Ability to create clear and concise bug reports with actionable steps to reproduce  Good to have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS is necessary  Good to have knowledge of Android, iPhone or Windows phone handset testing  Good to have knowledge of Subversion (SVN) or similar versioning system  Good to have knowledge of JIRA or similar bug tracking systems  Expertise in testing eLearning products would be a big plus Required Experience and Qualifications Freshers can Apply 2019 Pass outs.
