The Yoga Bar is a new yoga and fitness studio in the heart of White Rock. We are promoting yoga & fitness in a respectful, comfortable and safe setting. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic people to join our team. Responsibilities: -Greet every member and guest in a welcoming and energetic manner. -Receive incoming phone calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner. -Execute all opening/closing procedures and operations. -Proficiency in handling members and their requests. -Quickly and accurately execute transactions. -Conduct all other projects or responsibilities as required. -Make outgoing phone calls and respond to inquiries Qualifications: -Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable. -Self starter attitude -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Deliver World Class customer service skills. -Ability to work hard, multi-task, and problem solve. -Work independently without constant supervision. -Possess honesty and personal integrity. - Mindbody Application Knowledge recommended Benefits: Flexible working hours Casual dress Subsidised gym membership Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.50 /hour Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred) receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) Education: DCS / DEC (Preferred) Administrative Duties: Greeting visitors Answering and routing phone calls Stocking supplies Sorting and sending mail
