Job Objectives · To deliver excellent customer service. · To ensure customer care standards are adhered to. · To work alongside colleagues to promote the business. · To ensure all hospitality areas adhere to the health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues Work with other staff as a team Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with statutory safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations. To adhere to company policy in every interaction with guests and colleagues. To support colleagues at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met. Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Salary: £8.50 /hour Experience: catering: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Wolverhampton WV10 (Preferred)
