Security Officer – Queen Square Shopping Centre An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Security Officer to join our team at Queen Square Shopping Centre West Bromwich. The successful applicant will be required to cover shifts when team members are absent due to sickness or annual leave. Key Responsibilities and Duties · Customer Service · First Aid Calls · Monitoring CCTV · Dealing with fire alarm calls · Liaising with the local Police team · Working with a large team on site Ideal Candidate · Valid SIA licence is desirable · Valid CCTV licence is desirable · Shopping Centre and Retail experience desirable · Computer literate · Flexible and willing cover overtime · Ability to work well within our team as well as to work unsupervised Further Details · Salary: £8.80 per hour* · Contracted hours: Up to 48 hours per week · Shift Pattern: Days and nights · 28 days annual leave · Training & uniform will be provided · HSF Medical Care Plan *Reduced rate of £8.30 will apply until successful completion of probationary period About The Westgrove Group The Westgrove Group is an award winning national provider of bespoke dual service cleaning and customer service security solutions, specialising in high profile corporate offices, commercial premises and shopping centres.
