Business Need / Purpose of Role: To support company’s Local Value strategy implementation and enhancement based on incumbent understands of the Local value function, concepts, and strategies from various In-Kingdom entities like, Government institutions, ARAMCO, SABIC and various other units related to company’s business. Function entails cascading the established understanding internally and assisting in implementing, managing & enhancing the Local value program(s) across business units and functions of organization in KSA Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to: Create company’s short, med and long term IKTVA plans. Prepare and conduct studies and analysis for all related projects/activities to improve the Local value. Prepare internal and external packages & submissions for all Local Value inquiries. Engage & maintain continuous and effective client and stakeholders communication and support the organization for any related emerging requirements for Localization such as Bid Analysis report, Saudization report etc. Take lead & ownership of the annual audits and all related communication from auditors / client for Local Value program. Assist in new venture roadmap to help create value in Saudi Arabia. Interaction with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales and Services and other business Lines in all Local Value related projects Support finding and creating new value-added projects / initiatives / improvements that will Help improve the overall Local value addition standing. Prepare internal and external presentation related to IKTVA Objectives and Measurement Candidate must demonstrate developed interpersonal professional soft skills in general, show effectiveness in all forms of communications - internally and externally including public speaking and business presentations. Should have a driving spirit of Local value addition concept and zeal towards Saudi Vision 2030 Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications: Education/Experience: Overall industry related experience / awareness of around 5-8 years (Flexible based on other merits of candidate). Bachelor Degree/Master’s Degree in relevant major (e.g., Management information systems, Finance / Business Administration, Management, or Development / Accounting/ Engineering Management / Supply Chain etc. Flexible based on other merits of candidate) High awareness and understanding level of National and Regional localization trends, strategies and programs specifically the Saudi Vision 2030 and National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020.
