As a Customer Service Administrator for The Very Group Ireland, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing customers have their information accurately captured within our database, critical for ensuring a frictionless and efficient service for our customers. You will be dealing with customers sensitive information so discretion and confidentiality is a must have. You will be comfortable with processing large amounts of information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and you will enjoy working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll enjoy making our internal procedures more efficient and effective, whilst ensuring that Littlewoods Ireland is easy for the customer to deal with. This role is based at our Irish head office in Blanchardstown and its initially a temporary contract until June 2020. You’ll be part of the FS Marketing team, led by our FS Marketing Manager. Requirements You’ll have Data processing and entry experience gained from at least 2 years work experience. You work well under pressure and strive to achieve and exceed targets. You will have excellent PC, MS Office and keyboard skills and can competently work with systems and databases. You have great attention to detail, the ability to manage your time effectively and you are a self-starter with a flexible approach. You’re a high energy, positive person who likes to get things done. You possess the ability to set your own high standards and need little direction to get going. You engage your powers of planning and organising that enables you to work at pace and deliver to challenging deadlines. You’re action oriented and will get stuck-in when needed. You take pride in delivering your work on time in full and setting a goal and achieving results is what makes you tick.
