(HEO9) $112,743 to $120,645 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply Continuing position Newly created IT Architect Lead position within Information Technology and Digital Services (ITDS) We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a team of IT Architects involved in activities across Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Business Architecture, ITDS Strategy and technology delivery. The IT Architect Lead will be responsible for developing a pragmatic and business focused IT Architecture practice and will lead and guide the delivery of ITDS strategy and architecture outcomes across the University. To be successful you will need: Experience working in a large and complex organisational environment in similar roles. Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of Enterprise Architecture including Business, Solution, Information, Integration and Security architecture. Experience in applying emerging IT trends, business practices and methods to lead teams of professional staff in the planning of major and complex architectural designs that support organisational goals. Proven ability to exercise a high degree of independent operational, strategic, problem solving and creative thinking, and a proven capacity to plan, prioritise and implement strategies for large and complex organisations. Consulting experience that has fostered the ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
