We are looking to recruit an experienced front of house on a full-time basis for our very busy hotel and restaurant. The Treebridge is a family owned & ran country hotel with a very busy restaurant & popular wedding venue. The potential candidate must have previous experience at supervisory level to assist management in ensuring the restaurant is managed to a high standard and have superb organisational, communication skills and possess a great customer service attitude. They would need to able to lead by example, delegate job roles to staff, lead a team by ensuring they are always adequately briefed, trained and motivated. They must be hands-on and involved in the daily service, show great awareness in ensuring that all customers are satisfied or be able to deal with any customer grievances. You will be assigned to a weekly rota where you must be flexible to do a combination of split and straight shifts. You will be required to work afternoon, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and throughout the festive season, anyone unavailable across these times need not apply. Own transport is essential due to our location. Competitive rate of pay depending on experience.
