Some of your responsibilities will include: Working with the HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner and HR Administrator to resolve employee relations and industrial relations matters Providing support and advice to managers and employees to resolve employment related queries Liaising with Payroll to resolve employee payroll matters Working as a back up to the HR Administrator in relation to HRIS (ichris/chris21), ensuring any issues are rectified in a timely manner Being a point of contact for various HR queries, escalating to other HR team members as required Supporting strategic change management initiatives in the business Jointly managing the Human Resources inbox and appropriately triaging responses in a timely manner Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems About you We are looking for a HR generalist who is comfortable communicating and providing advice to a diverse range of stakeholders whilst also being happy to help out with some administration work as well. You may be a talented HR Advisor, HR Officer or already have some business partnering skills and experience. You will also be able to demonstrate the below skills and experience: Exceptional planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail. Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests from different departments Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrated conflict resolution skills Strong customer service focus approach Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Intermediate skills across the MS Office Suite. Demonstrated previous experience using a Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
