The role will involve practical support with daily living, personal care and moving and handling. You must have a full manual driving licence as you will be required to drive supported individuals mobility cars. There are a wide range of shifts available from 7.45am varying to a latest finish of 10.30pm. We have a sleepover shift and a waking night shift and the shifts will vary from week to week as we need staff to be flexible to meet the needs of the individuals. Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life. Attending the local church and fundraising is important as is chilling out in the sensory room, conservatory or garden in good weather.
