We are seeking a full-time Property Inspectors to be part of our Quality Assurance team at Sydney Olympic Park The Role Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager, this property inspector is responsible for ensuring that the all managed residential properties have been well maintained every 6 months. Routine Inspection Report shall be updated on time and communicate with designated property manager as well. Key Duties Conduct property routine inspections. Report property manager to ensure property condition. Check repairs and maintenance items and report to property managers and relevant parties. Follow up defects and ensure defects items to be fixed on time. Service enquiry from both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure ongoing compliance, company policies and procedures. Qualifications Certificate of registration preferred. Driver license (at least P2). Strong organisational and time management skills. Work well in a team and also be able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks. Proficient in English and preferable in Chinese. May require work on Saturday depends on projects with Quality Assurance tasks. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
