Under the direct supervision of the Manager and Lead, the Mail Services Associate is responsible for providing general mail-room, shipping/receiving duties, copy services, general office and facilities support to our client. Duties include: Operate x-ray equipment to scan incoming parcels and packages for detection of threatening or suspicious materials Receipt and dispatch of carrier shipments from UPS, DHL, Staples, Messenger and FedEx will be provided during contracted business hours Testing of screening equipment Interacting with internal clients related to inbound packages received Provide support to Mail Services, Copy Services, or Records Storage as needed Qualifications: Must have a HS diploma or equivalent Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess general computer knowledge (data entry) Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater 1-2 years prior office services related experience Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion Prior suspicious package handling training, or experience is a plus WATCH Where Service Matters:
