We are currently seeking full time Senior Staff/Duty Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have previous experience as Senior Staff or Duty Manager in a similar venue, then we would love to hear from you!! We are a busy Gastro Pub in Dublin 4 area serving high end food and extensive offering of wines, craft beer and gins/whiskey. You will require Bar & Waiting experience as all staff carry out dual functions to ensure our customers get the best service. You will work closely with the Owner and team of Duty Managers to operate, develop and grow the business. You will be a key holder and have managerial aspects to your role. Applicant Requirements: Have at least 5 years experience working in the IRISH food & beverage area in quality bars/restaurants and ideally 2 years experience in a Duty Manager role. Strong leadership skills and have the ability to work with existing management team and be able to lead by example High energy / sense of urgency Enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team and the desire to challenge yourself in a busy venue Be fluent in English Legally able to work in Ireland Be able to commute with late finishing shifts Be energetic & friendly in disposition, possess strong interpersonal skills You will be working in a friendly busy work environment and will be working as part of a team. You must offer a very high level of service to customers at all times and when working under pressure, remaining professional, efficient & polite. Successful candidates must be quick learners and be able to think on their feet. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: €14.00 to €15.50 /hour Experience: Duty Manager: 2 years (Preferred) bar/food: 5 years (Preferred)
