We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team in Bantry, County Cork. Duties will include: Assist chefs in preparation, cooking and presentation of meals Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest possible standard Clean and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchens Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to Qualifications and Skills Applicants should be flexible and willing to take on tasks as directed by senior chefs. Experience in a 3/4 star property with some background in restaurant, banqueting and bar food is required. A passion for food and creative flair is a must for our kitchen. Positive attitude and a strong team ethic are also very important to us.
